This tutorial explains how to understand a citation for a journal article and how to use the citation to locate a copy of the article.

• understand the different components of a citation using the Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA)
• know how to find out whether a particular journal is available in print or online at IALS Library
• know where else to look to find journals not held at IALS Library
